A COURT WITH QUESTIONABLE JURISDICTION
For things that
aren’t crimes.
Somebody ate your fries. Somebody sent seven reels and answered none of your messages. Somebody is still five minutes away.
These things deserve a conversation. We thought they might also deserve a tiny, hooded judge.
Meet Judge Shadow.
Reserved. Mysterious. Extremely unimpressed. Shadow hears your explanations, playfully argues for the person who filed, and delivers a fictional verdict with a sweet, optional peace offering. No actual authority has been granted. This has not affected the judge’s confidence.
How a case works
File a playful charge and send the summons link privately. The accused enters the room and explains themselves over four short exchanges. Shadow responds with a new argument each time, then decides on a little act of kindness. Both people can revisit the decision and download a Story to share.
Verdicts use a structured AI service when configured, with a curated benchbook whenever that service is unavailable. Narration is synthetic and always optional. Captions tell the whole story.
A small experiment in being less serious.
The Internet Courtroom is made by Flowing Cursor, a web design and development studio. We like building things that make the internet feel a little more human. Even when the judge is a hooded SVG.
Keep the joke mutual. No serious accusations, personal information, or harassment. Anyone with a case link can view its charge and verdict; cases expire after 30 days. Read our privacy notes and court rules.
File something very petty
