This is an entertainment website. You do not need an account, email address, or phone number to use it. Please use nicknames and keep personal details out of your statements.

What is stored

We store the names or nicknames you choose to provide, the relationship, charge, optional context, explanations, the judge’s arguments, verdict, and creation and expiry times. If generated, narration is cached with the case. Your browser stores your unfinished draft for the session, your sound preference, and a private deletion key for cases you create.

Who can see a case

Case links are unlisted, not password-protected. Anyone with the link can view the charge, supplied nicknames, relationship, the judge’s arguments, and verdict. Extra context and raw explanations are used to generate the hearing but are not displayed in the shared view. An argument or verdict may refer to those statements, so never include sensitive information. We do not publish a public directory of cases.

AI and voice providers

When an AI provider is configured, the charge, relationship, context, explanations, and earlier arguments are sent to it to prepare each response and the verdict. Nicknames are not included in that request. Optional moderation may process submitted text, including nicknames. When studio voice is configured, the final judge line is sent to the speech provider. Otherwise curated arguments and verdicts run locally on the server. Device narration uses your browser or operating system’s speech service, whose processing may be remote.

Retention and deletion

Cases become inaccessible 30 days after creation. Expired records and cached audio are purged on new filings, on expired-case access, and by the scheduled database cleanup job. If you filed a case on this device, a “Delete this case” control appears on its summons and verdict. Deletion removes the database record and cached narration. Clearing browser storage loses that deletion key; the case still expires normally.

Downloaded images, forwarded messages, browser caches, third-party social previews, hosting logs, and database backups are outside the live case deletion mechanism. Please consider that before sharing.

Abuse prevention

The application keeps short-lived request counters to reduce spam. Where a trusted proxy supplies an IP address, it is hashed with a rotating hourly identifier; raw addresses are not saved by the application. Hosting providers may separately keep operational logs. There are no advertising trackers or content analytics in this application.
